About Hemaya:

Hemaya is an officially registered Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) under the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, registration No. 1162. We aim to serve our society and professionals in the field of cybersecurity. We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Projects Manager to lead our project initiatives and ensure exceptional engagement with clients, partners, and suppliers.

Role Overview:
The Projects Manager will oversee all project activities at Hemaya, from opportunity evaluation and proposal development to project delivery and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will manage project teams, handle multiple engagements simultaneously, and ensure alignment with strategic goals and timelines

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of all Hemaya projects, ensuring quality and timeliness
• Analyze RFPs and develop compelling proposals in collaboration with internal stakeholders
• Serve as the primary contact with clients, ensuring clear communication, satisfaction, and long-term relationship building
• Manage external vendors and suppliers to ensure alignment with project objectives and delivery expectations
• Develop and maintain project documentation, timelines, and reports for internal and external stakeholders
• Identify project risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans proactively
• Ensure effective resource planning and team coordination across projects
• Continuously improve project management practices and tools

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, cybersecurity or a related field
• 3+ years of experience managing projects, preferably in cybersecurity, IT, or non-profit environments
• Strong experience in client-facing roles and managing third-party vendors
• Proficient in reading RFPs and developing proposals and project plans
• Solid understanding of project management frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is a plus
